ELIGIBILITY: The Mölnlycke Wound Care Know Your Options Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents (except residents of Puerto Rico & U.S. Territories) at least 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited. Employees, directors and agents (and members of their immediate families/households) of Mölnlycke Health Care US, LLC (Sponsor), its affiliates and subsidiaries and any others associated with the production or management of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to participate.

TO ENTER: Enter at www.mhcwoundcare.com between 2/15/09 & 5/31/09 or if a recipient of WOCN and AAWC mailing lists or of entry forms provided by Molnlycke Health Care employees, complete an official entry form available in the direct mail, entitled WUWHS Direct Mailer sent after 2/15/09, and return by USPS, between 2/15/09 & 5/31/09. Void in PR, U.S. Territories/Possessions & where prohibited. Limit: one name per entry and one entry per person. Entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

Four (4) drawings will take place on the following dates: 3/16/09, 4/6/09, 5/11/09, and 6/1/09; five (5) winners will be chosen at each drawing at random and each winner will be given one (1) of the aforementioned books, selected randomly. Taxes on prize, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not listed as included are the winner's responsibility. Total ARV: $1177.10. Prizes are awarded "as is," with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value will be substituted at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received, but in no event will more prizes be awarded than are provided for in these Official Rules. Prizes consist only of the item listed. PROHIBITIONS:  If the winner is unable to accept a prize as a result of his/her employer’s company policy, the winner may 1) direct Sponsor to make an educational grant to his/her employer in an amount equal to the value of the prize or 2) forfeit the prize.

PRIZE DRAWINGS: Drawings for prizes will occur on June 1, 2009. (Limit: one prize per person or household.) Sponsor will attempt to contact potential winners at the Event or within 5 days of the drawing date. Potential winners may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where permitted) Publicity Release at the Event or within 5 days of receipt of documents, or prize may be forfeited. Any prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable or refused will result in entrant disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, the prize will be awarded to the minor's parent or legal guardian and the parent or legal guardian must complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and (where permitted) Publicity Release within the same time period. By accepting a prize, winners consent (where legal) to the use of their names, likenesses, photographs, biographical information and statements by Sponsor in promotional materials without notice or compensation.

GENERAL RULES: By accepting a prize, winners assume all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by the Sweepstakes, his/her participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance, use or misuse of the prize and/or travel related to the prize, and releases and holds harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders and agents from and against any and all damages, claims, actions and/or liability in connection therewith including, without limitation, personal and bodily injury (including death or disability), property damage or loss or damage of any other kind. Any information submitted as part of an entry may be used by Sponsor to send promotional material to the entrant unless entrant indicates otherwise at time of entry. Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries and agencies are not responsible for lost, late, illegible, damaged, misdirected or incomplete entries. Only official entry forms, obtained and submitted via authorized channels, will be eligible. If any error or disruption occurs which impairs the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes by announcing same at the Event. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before its scheduled time on any day that entries are being accepted, Sponsor will determine winners from all eligible entries received as of the termination time. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or whom Sponsor believes to be causing error, disruption or damage, or impairing the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper play of the Sweepstakes will be disqualified.
