ELIGIBILITY: The Mölnlycke Wound Care AORN Sweepstakes begins on or about 9:00 am Eastern Time (ET) March 20, 2008 and ends 5:00 pm ET April 20, 2008 (Promotion Period) and is open to legal U.S. residents (except residents of Puerto Rico and U.S. Territories/Possessions) who are 18 years of age or older as of Promotion Period start date. Enter as often as you wish, but only one entry per person per day will be accepted. Should a dispute arise as to the identity of the entrant, the person named as the authorized account holder of the email address provided at the time of entry (if any), will be deemed the entrant. Should multiple names be listed on the email account, the first name listed will be considered the primary account holder and, therefore, the entrant. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and will not be returned or acknowledged. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. PRIZES/ODDS: Grand Prize (3): An 8GB Apple iPod Touch. Taxes on prizes, if any, and any other costs, fees or expenses not listed as included are the winner's responsibility. Approximate retail value (ARV) of each prize: $299. Total ARV: $897. Prizes are awarded "as is," with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied. Prize details and availability are subject to change, in which case a prize of equal value will be substituted at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash redemption or substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received, but in no event will more prizes be awarded than are provided for in these Official Rules. PROHIBITIONS: If the winner is unable to accept a prize as a result of his/her employer’s company policy, the winner may 1) direct Sponsor to make an educational grant to his/her employer in an amount equal to the value of the prize or 2) forfeit the prize. PRIZE DRAWINGS: A random drawing will be held on or about April 24, 2008. Limit one prize per person or household. Sponsor will attempt to contact potential winners within 5 days of the drawing date. Potential winners may be required to complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where permitted) Publicity Release within 5 days of receipt of documents, or prize may be forfeited. Any prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable or refused will result in entrant disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected. If winner is a minor in his/her state of residence, the prize will be awarded to the minor's parent or legal guardian and the parent or legal guardian must complete, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and (where permitted) Publicity Release within the same time period. By accepting a prize, winners consent (where legal) to the use of their names, likenesses, photographs, biographical information and statements by Sponsor in promotional materials without notice or compensation. Sponsor, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliate companies and their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders and agents are not responsible for any: (a) telephone, computer or network malfunction, human or other error or failure to properly process entries; (b) communication disruption or other forces beyond their reasonable control, including inability to access any web site, submit entries or other disruption related to internet traffic, virus, bug or unauthorized intervention; (c) damage caused by computer virus or otherwise resulting to any computer from entrant's access to the Sweepstakes web site or entry into the Sweepstakes; or (d) printing or other errors appearing in the rules or other sweepstakes materials.
